А сейчас с приближением зимы возросла потребность в теплой одежде, одеялах, обогревателях, деньгах, которые можно потратить на оплату коммунальных услуг. Речь идет о лицах, въехавших в Россию с Украины и из Донбасса после 18 февраля, но не признанных беженцами. Российский Красный Крест (РКК) получил финансовую поддержку от Международного Комитета Красного Креста и Международной Федерации Обществ Красного Креста и Красного Полумесяца.
